Dariana Alvarez Herrera

Dariana is a Puerto Rican writer from Florida. Her work has appeared in the Elan International Student Literary Magazine, Bridge Eight Press, Oyster River Pages, and many more. Her poem, “Mantle of Hair,” has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize.

In addition to her creative pursuits, Dariana graduated with a BA in Humanities from the New College of Florida in 2024. She is currently living in Eastern North Carolina where she is a teacher.
