I am working on my debut novel currently titled Drink Of Me. It is a literary fiction centered on a young girl who suffers living in a dysfunctional household and how she learns to survive and later let go of the things that no longer serve her.

“My papá wasn’t a killer or like one of those bad guys on TV. Papá watched Disney movies with me and played music for me. He just drank too much sometimes, and my teacher told me that drinking a lot can make someone act differently. That was it. It wasn’t Mamá who was making Papá mad, it was the drinks.”
